My spiritual journey started with yoga and meditation. After completing a yoga instructor course from the Shivananda Ashram in India, I delved deeper into energy healing practices like Reiki. I expanded my knowledge further by studying bioenergy therapy in Poland and exploring advanced healing and spiritual courses like inner awakening and power manifestation. Every step I took in my wellness journey was deeply connected to my purpose of helping others find their own path to well-being.
Word of mouth spread, and requests for custom-made crystal bracelets started pouring in. I realized that these pieces of jewelry not only looked stunning but also had the potential to enhance people's lives. People sought them for healing, calming the mind, relaxation, and so much more.
As the demand grew, I decided to take a step forward and turn my passion into a business. Nasra Wellness was born out of my desire to provide custom-made crystal bracelets and other wellness products to individuals seeking balance and harmony in their lives.
